He’s joined by double World Record Breaker Laura Penhaul, Lead Physiotherapist for the Olympic British Sailing Team, and Performance Manager for Mark Beaumont’s record-setting 78 day cycle around the world.
Guest speaker, Laura draws on her past work as Lead Physiotherapist for the Paralympic Programme of British Athletics in Vancouver, London and Rio Paralympic Games, including as Performance Manager for Mark Beaumont, where she supported preparing him for, and during, his World Record achievement cycling the world in 78 Days.
